Initial Competency Assessment
Apply for the Initial RBT Competency Assessment to take the next step in your certification process. Applicants must provide their 2026 40-hour training certificate and have current Level 2 medical fingerprints at the time of application.
CAQH Provider Credentialing
We create and maintain your CAQH (Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare) profile, ensuring all documentation is accurate, up to date, and attested as required. Proper CAQH maintenance is essential for insurance credentialing and ongoing payer participation.
NPI Provider Credentialing
CBA supports providers with obtaining and updating their National Provider Identifier (NPI). We assist with initial registration as well as updates to taxonomy codes, addresses, and practice information to ensure alignment with payer and Medicaid records.
Medicaid Provider Credentialing
CBA assists with the full Medicaid provider application process. You can apply for both your NPI and Medicaid Provider in one application. This includes completing and submitting all required documentation, ensuring accuracy, and communicating with Medicaid to reduce processing delays.
